The weather was absolutely perfect to run in so I decided to take advantage of it. I did 1.92 miles total. I walked .25 as a warm up and then started running. For my running I averaged about an 8:30 minute/mile. The fastest pace I hit was a 7:32 minute/mile which I’m REALLY happy about! In total, I ran 1.35 miles straight through, which may not seem like much for you avid runners out there, but I really hate running and it’s always a struggle for me to get through so I was really happy. My family went out for dinner last night and I got an awesome burger and fries, and while it was delicious and I can&amp;#8217;t really say that I regret it because I&amp;#8217;ve been eating pretty well lately, it definitely doesn&amp;#8217;t make me feel great. Then afterwards we all got italian ices, so that clearly didn&amp;#8217;t help things. Today I&amp;#8217;ve been doing a lot of snacking too. Snacks are always my weakness. I eat my main meals pretty well most of the time, but then snacks are where I eat a lot of not necessarily bad things, but not all that great either.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On top of the eating, I haven&amp;#8217;t been exercising as much as I&amp;#8217;d like to. I always do some form of physical activity every day, but compared to what I had been doing it just doesn&amp;#8217;t feel like enough. I paddle board nearly every day which I LOVE!! But I don&amp;#8217;t get to the gym as much as I&amp;#8217;d like (usually only once a week, sometimes twice). And I need to start running more. I go on a lot of walks, but they&amp;#8217;re all at a leisurely pace where I take my dog on long walks at the park. Tomorrow I&amp;#8217;m going to get my eating and exercise back on track. Sorry for this tangent, I&amp;#8217;m really just talking to myself.
