Today I did Insanity: Core Cardio and Balance. Only 2 days left of Insanity now!! I finally got back on track today after 2 days of taking a couple steps back. I ate healthy today, drank a ton of water, went to the gym with my dad this morning where I ran 1.25 miles (which I never used to be able to do, and I could’ve gone further) and did some lifting, did Insanity, and I’m going kayaking on the river behind our house later for the first time! So I feel like I’m back in a good place. :)
