So I haven’t been eating very well the past couple of days. My family went out for dinner last night and I got an awesome burger and fries, and while it was delicious and I can’t really say that I regret it because I’ve been eating pretty well lately, it definitely doesn’t make me feel great. Then afterwards we all got italian ices, so that clearly didn’t help things....
